How long will my order take?

UK delivery usually arrives in 5–12 working days from the day you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Very occasionally, things like bad weather, busy periods (hello, Christmas) or courier delays can slow things down. If your order is running late, we'll let you know.

Where do orders ship from?

We work with trusted partner warehouses overseas, which send your order straight to you. This keeps our prices down. It does mean that:

if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days
the packaging may not be Splash & Snooze branded

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where available. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch. Please don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Where do you deliver?

At the moment we deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland can take a little longer.

My order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 working days, please email us at splashandsnooze@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
