We'd love to hear from you (and your dog)

Got a question about sizing, an order or a return? Or just want to share a photo of your dog looking smug in their drying robe? Drop us a message using the form below or email us directly.

• Email: splashandsnooze@gmail.com
• We aim to reply within: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)

To help us help you quickly, please include:

• your order number (if you have one)
• the product name and size
• a photo, if something's not right with your item

Before you get in touch, you might find your answer in our FAQ, Delivery & Shipping or Returns & Refunds pages.

Returns: please don't post anything back until you've emailed us, and please don't send returns to the sender address on your parcel label, as it isn't our returns address.
