Sizing
How do I choose the right size? Measure your dog's back length (from the base of the neck, where the collar sits, to the base of the tail), their chest (the widest part, just behind the front legs) and their neck. Then compare those measurements with the size chart on the product page. Sizes vary from product to product, so please check each listing rather than assuming your dog is the same size in everything. My dog is between sizes. Which should I pick? We'd usually suggest going up a size, especially for coats and robes, so there's room to move. For harnesses, use the chest measurement and pick the size where your dog sits in the middle of the adjustable range.
What if it doesn't fit? No problem. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. See our Refund policy for full details.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? UK delivery usually arrives in 5–12 working days.
How much is delivery? Free on UK orders over £25, otherwise £2.99.
Why did my order arrive in separate parcels? Our products are sent from different partner warehouses, so multi-item orders can arrive separately.
Do you deliver outside the UK? Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses for now.
Will it arrive before Christmas? Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days, so please allow for that when ordering gifts.
Returns
Can I return something? Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. Email us first at splashandsnooze@gmail.com and we'll explain the next steps. Faulty items are always covered. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Who pays for return postage? If you've changed your mind, you pay return postage. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we'll cover it.
Care & washing
Can I wash the drying robe, coat or blanket? Most fabric items can be washed, but care instructions vary from product to product. Please always check the care label on your item before washing. As a general tip, a gentle, cool wash and air drying is kindest to most fabrics, and avoid fabric softener on microfibre as it can reduce absorbency.
How do I clean the paw cleaner, lick mat and brush? Rinse the paw cleaner and lick mat with warm water after use and leave to dry. For the slicker brush, press the button to release the fur, wipe it away, and rinse the bristles occasionally.
Safety
Are your toys and mats chew-proof? No. Our plush toys, snuffle mats and lick mats are for supervised play and are not chew toys. Please supervise your dog and remove any item once it becomes damaged.
